This was a very unique project for Parkside. It required the lifting and moving of an existing home for the purposes of severing this property into 2 lots. The home was moved to the back of the property while a new foundation was constructed. Once complete, the home was moved onto the new foundation and the home was completely renovated with a new garage  and dormer for a washroom addition. The renovation included new drywall, trim and doors, new paint and flooring. The exterior saw a new roof installed as well as siding in an ocean blue colour with white trim. Two new decks were added also. The basement was completely finished adding a bedroom, rec room, bathroom and laundry room.
